In developing this product so that it could be manufactured in series, the difficulty was in combining the hot electronic components with the temperature-sensitive wood. Furthermore, it was necessary to very precisely manufacture the individual components in order to guarantee perfectly smooth assembly. All of the parts were then coated with a special varnish to provide the necessary level of surface protection.
