Frauenschuh Munich

Project details
Customer: Hofmann & Losch
Material: basswood
Description
We milled a unique wooden hand that serves as an eye-catcher in the new Frauenschuh store in Munich. The oversized hand extends upwards and adorns the centre of a round piece of seating furniture. With delicate fingers that almost touch the ceiling of the shop, it attracts the attention of visitors. In addition, another hand grows out of one of the walls above a goods rack. These striking design elements not only serve as eye-catchers for passers-by on Residenzstraße, but also emphasise the high regard for craftsmanship at Frauenschuh.
